The Times, They Are A Changin'

Well, if I thought there was a long time in between my last two posts, there's been a whole new era since I've posted now!  And it really is a new era in our household as we are expecting our newest addition in less than 6 weeks!  They say it's a girl, let's just hope they're right.  If not, it'll be a little boy in girls' clothing for a few weeks, until we can go buy boy stuff anyway.  :)

We've obviously been up to a lot since I last posted, so I'll give you the short version:

We took a trip to Bald Head Island with the hubby's family (where we did a good job keeping it a secret that we suspected I was pregnant):

The school year started along with the craziness that goes with it.  I coached the youth cheerleading team at Elon in the fall, which was a lot of fun.  I did find time to get a little crafty in the fall. This ribbon wreath is one of the projects I completed:

Through refinishing a rocking chair in the summer and repainting a corner-unit this winter, I have learned that I really don't have the patience for larger projects and should stick to these smaller ones instead.  :)

So now we're busy preparing for our new arrival and the chaos that is sure to ensue!  For those of you hoping for a "bump" picture, sorry, not gonna happen.  :)  Maybe if you're lucky I'll get around to taking some nursery pictures...
